To make homemade wine really tasty, you have to learn the art of winemaking for a long time. But it is within the power of absolutely every person. Of course, creating a masterpiece is difficult, but the taste is pleasant.

It is first necessary to prepare the containers. They are subject to cleanliness requirements so that fungi do not get into the drink and the taste is good. Barrels and bottles can simply be thoroughly treated with hot water and wiped, or smoke with sulfur. If there was milk in the containers, they will not work!

Recipe Options

Cherry wine

You will need:

  • yeast - a spoon;
  • cherry - 3 kg;
  • one and a half kilograms of sugar;
  • 4 liters of water.

Cooking:

Berries are sorted and cleaned. They are poured with boiling water, put under pressure, wait 4 days. Filter, add lemon juice, sugar, yeast, put in a warm place for a couple of weeks. Then the liquid is thoroughly mixed, left for 5 months. At the end of the deadline, you can pour it.

Wine from Irgi

You will need:

  • liter of jirgi juice;
  • kilogram of sugar;
  • 2 liters of water.

Cooking:

First make syrup. Sugar is placed in the water, stirred occasionally. Cook for 15 minutes.

Squeezed juice is poured into a large bottle along with syrup. It is closed, a glass tube is inserted. A rubber tube is put on it, and the other end is introduced into a container of water. After the mixture becomes light, it is poured into a bottle. It is recommended to store wine for at least 3 months. The position of the containers should be inclined.

Rose Petal Wine

It is necessary to collect rose petals and dry them in the sun. Then place in a glass dish, close the lid.

Redcurrant wine

You will need:

  • 2 cups sugar;
  • 2 cups of currant juice;
  • 4 glasses of water.

How to make homemade redcurrant wine? They wash the berry, get rid of twigs, rub it, squeeze the juice. Water, sugar are added to it, left to ferment for several weeks. Periodically, the contents are mixed with a wooden spoon. After the juice becomes peeled, it is poured and stored.

Jam wine

If you still have cans with last year's jam, you should not throw them away, because you can make a tasty drink.

You will need:

  • 100 grams of raisins;
  • liter of jam;
  • litere of water.

You should find a 3-liter jar, cheesecloth, capron lid, rubber glove. The role of yeast is raisins.

As berries are used: plums, apples, strawberries, raspberries, currants. Different types should not be used at the same time.

  • Wash the can.
  • Boil 1 liter of water. Wait until it cools to room temperature.
  • Put the jam in a jar, pour raisins.
  • Mix the components, close the jar with a lid. Soak the wort for 10 days.
  • Remove the lid, collect the pulp, strain. Pour the wort into a clean jar.
  • Put a glove on the jar, after making a hole in one of your fingers.
  • Place the jar in a warm place for a month. After the glove drops, the wine will lighten.
  • It remains only to drain the precipitate.

How to make homemade wine competently? There are several nuances to which you should pay attention. Berries and other fruits are harvested in dry sunny weather. Before this, it should not rain for a couple of days.

No matter which recipe you choose, the fruits must be ripe. Unripe fruits ruin the taste. It is not worth it to apply the scavenger. Fruit processing should be carried out for 2 days, then the fruits become unusable.

Fruits are washed, peeled, crushed, placed in a pot so that ¾ volume is taken. Mix the mixture with a wooden spoon.

Regardless of which recipe you like, the contact of berries with metal, except for stainless steel, must be excluded. Otherwise, the fruit will oxidize, which will spoil the aroma of the drink.

If you see that the wine has stopped fermenting, add ferment! Alcoholic yeast is prohibited.

How to add sugar

Sugar content of wort, so that fermentation proceeds normally, should be about 12 percent. Sugar is added in small portions. After a few days, the wort is tasted. After it acquires a sour taste, 50 g of sugar is added to each liter of juice.

Repeat the procedure several times. If the sugar content does not decrease, you can proceed to the next step.

Disposal of sediment

When a loose precipitate is formed, wine should be poured. If this is not done, it will be bitter.

Pour the drink using a siphon. From the sediment, the tube should be located at a distance of more than 2 centimeters. The color of the liquid will be transparent, there is nothing to worry about, subsequently it will form.

  • The taste of juice depends on acidity. Additional processing does not require drinks from grapes, some varieties of apples and pears. In other cases, acidity will have to be reduced.
  • It is recommended to squeeze berries using a special press made of canvas or kapron fabric.
  • It is important to remove the sediment in time! Wine must be drained within two weeks after fermentation.
  • No metal tanks! The dishes are thoroughly washed with hot and then cold water using soda. So you get rid of odors.
  • If you do not wash the berries, the yeast that is on them is enough to carry out the fermentation process. If after a week the process did not start, yeast should be added.
